Arlyne Marella currently works as a Sr. Customer Success Manger and Co-Chair of the LEAD Grow program launched in 2016, designed to grow and invest in high potential Black and Latino talent at LinkedIn. She is the founder of the confidence-building and body positivity blog Queen with Arlyne and will be launching her first podcast, Recipes for Realness in late Summer 2020.

I am working towards redefining my career as I transition from the military into the corporate world to more align with my passions. I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point majoring in the Portuguese Language and a Masters in Management and Leadership from Webster University.

Daniel is currently working within a global logistic MNC in Singapore as a regional sales professional. Outside his main role, he volunteers in an initiative to improve his company’s performance in Diversity and Inclusion. This is an area he believes has a lot of room for improvement especially for MNC located within the Asia Pacific region.

Jaime Ragos, is a graduate student studying food safety. Afterwards, she wants to get an MD and PhD in Epidemiology. Diversity and Inclusion are very important to her, especially as a minority female in STEM. Jaime loves hanging out with friends and family, and stays fit through yoga and barre.

My name is Kyle Wilson from Omaha, NE. I started my personal DIBs journey in February 2020, recognizing that I had little knowledge on other perspectives and a distinct bias, conscious and unconscious, for my own experiences. I knew if I wanted to be an effective employee, manager, & human I had some work to do. I came across Dr. Stephanie Johnson’s research around “2 in the pool” for a DIBs project and realized I had a lot to learn. Inclusify is my first step on this journey.

Melanie Robb has over over 20 years of recruiting experience ranging from interns to C-Suite executives, she saw organizations struggle to create a diverse workforce. Melanie believes, as a society, we tend to recruit people from our own personal networks. Many times those circles do not include talent of different genders, ethnicities or social backgrounds. She formed Melanie Robb Consulting Company to help corporate clients widen their recruiting reach and also to coach individuals to open their career paths to new opportunities.

Mohales is a Founder of Poprouser Inc a subscription-based People Operations, HR, and People Analytics consulting firm where he serves as COO and Co-Chief People Officer. At Poprouser, he also leads its HR Tech and digital product development and is the creator of #HRisWoke, a diversity-based initiative that challenges HR practitioners to take on some of the most difficult employee experience and culture-based issues especially around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging head-on. Mohales also serves as a chapter liaison to the international organization, Hacking HR.

With initial experience in music, retail management and staffing, Nathan has transitioned over the past 4 years to talent acquisition in the medical device and financial industries. Internally, he serves as the President or the Diversity & Inclusion Employee Resource Group, planning and implementing programming for the 15,000+ global organization

Nicole is an award-winning social entrepreneur and gender equity advocate. As a 2018 People’s Liberty Haile Fellow, she founded Queen City Certified, the nation’s first data-informed employer certification and cohort-based leadership program for gender equity in the US workplace. With a $100,000 year-long grant, she researched, designed, and launched a proprietary certification model that includes community-based learning experiences, a rigorous policy assessment, and comprehensive survey methodology.

Raymond E. Johnson Jr. offers a wealth of experience in leadership roles and has served on boards and committees at local, state, and national levels. He was appointed as a Police Chaplain for Horry County, South Carolina, and received a Chief of Police Bronze metal. Mr. Johnson has also served on the Advisory Board to the Mayor of Loris, SC, and the Faith-based Representative Council to Horry County Schools. As a minister and community liaison, he offers more than 15 years of expertise in management, leadership, finance, and organizational growth.

Ryan Ubuntu Olson is a globally recognized expert on gender and human rights, helping to shape his international organization’s diversity and inclusion efforts. From cultural context and leadership to paradigms and frameworks for global engagement, Olson strives to center the importance of inclusion in tackling the world’s most pressing problems.

Stephanie Treviño is a high energy leader with over 20 years of international experience in project and commercial management, business development, engineering, and strategic planning.
Stephanie started with KBR designing bridges, offshore platforms and supervising the construction of Minute Maid Park (home to the Houston Astros). During her career she has led strategic planning efforts, coordinated sales in Africa, Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe and the Middle East and guided contract and commercial management efforts for international and domestic projects.

Tara is a lawyer with a passion for business. In 1994, she co-founded Denver’s Great Divide Brewing Company. In 2005, Tara began her law practice in international law firms, then in a public company, and now at HighMark Law, where she advises companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in all aspects of corporate and transactional law.

Zoe is a Senior Management Consultant who implements Diversity & Inclusion and Process Improvement in order to drive Employee Engagement and business profitability. She has 20 years of senior corporate leadership experience and understands how to create, implement, and cultivate inclusive work cultures and teams. She has the unique experience of building highly successful inclusive teams in non-inclusive business cultures while driving multiple business deliverables.
